Yes. Bring the equipment you are comfortable working with. Additionally, thanks to our collaboration with Leica, you will have the opportunity to try out their cameras during the trip and get help with any questions about their use.

A laptop computer with Adobe Lightroom Classic installed, an external hard drive, a camera, lenses, memory cards, a card reader, two batteries, a flash, and a protective bag for humid conditions and possible rain.

No, it is not essential, but highly recommended. Köln is in northern Europe, and in February, the days are short and the light is scarce. If you are not comfortable using it, this is your opportunity to learn because we are experts. You might also consider a LED light. We will also work with other available light sources on site (low key photography).

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the trip due to unforeseeable reasons (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, pandemics), we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule the trip for a future date.

Our trip is designed as a group trip where we will be spending all of the time together and help each other. If you have friends or family who want to join you on this experience, that would be great, but they must be prepared to participate as a full member of the group.

On our website, you can pay with your credit cards, through Apple Pay, or with your Paypal account and decide if you want to make your purchase in a single payment or split it into three monthly installments at no extra cost.
In case of cancellation, whether paying in one payment or choosing the installment payment option, the money can be refunded according to our cancellation policies. The reservation (700€) is non-refundable. -
The Early Bird price, 3500€, will be valid until the first 5 spots are sold.
Then and until September 30th, the First Release price will be 4000€.
From October 1st onwards (or until the remaining spots are sold out), the price will be 4500€.
