1. The purchase will only be valid through an online payment at www.luciamarcano.com/shop

2. After completing the transaction you will receive an email with the confirmation of purchase, a summary of your trip and more necessary information. There will be instructions on what documentation you need to send us and important upcoming deadlines that need to be taken in consideration.

3. A minimum number of 7 travelers is required for the trip to take place. Failure to reach the minimum number of people could result in a price change or cancellation of the trip. In both cases, the client will be informed at least 30 days before the scheduled departure date. It is possible that in the event of a decrease in the number of travelers some activities may have to be modified or replaced by others of the same quality.

4. Our experiences are designed for a limited number of participants, we follow a strict first come, first served basis and have no control on how the website operates in this matter. Meaning, that your spot on the trip will only be secured upon receiving the email confirmation of your payment.

5. Payments are only accepted through the website, you can use your credit cards, Stripe and Paypal.

6. Pago fraccionado

Cancellation policy:

All reservations for accommodations, workshops, transportation, etc. must be contracted well in advance in order to be offered. Since these are special dates at the destination of our trip, cancellation policies for accommodations, activities and tours are strict. This is why, in order to offer and guarantee the best possible service to our travelers, we need a strict cancellation policy regarding dates.

1. All prices include a €700 non-refundable reservation fee.

2. The rest of the price will be refundable depending on the time of cancellation.

   * If you cancel before September 30, 2024 - 100% refund (excluding the non-refundable reservation).

* If you cancel between October 1 and October 31, 2024 - 50% refund (excluding non-refundable reservation)

* If you cancel between November 1st and November 30th - 40% refund (excluding non-refundable reservation)

It is not possible to cancel the reservation or receive any kind of refund after December 1, 2024.

*If any inconvenience has arisen and you are unable to attend or cancel, you can always look for another traveler to replace you. On our part there is no problem, although we warn you that it may involve some last minute costs due to a change of name of one of the reservations. Unfortunately we will not be able to assume the sale of your place in the trip because we will be immersed in the production of the trip and we are a very small team.
