Cancellation policy - Framing Penn

All reservations for accommodations, workshops, transportation, etc. must be made well in advance in order to be offered. Since these are special dates at the destination of our trip, the cancellation policies for accommodations, activities, and visits are strict. Therefore, to provide and guarantee the best possible service to our travelers, we need a strict cancellation policy regarding dates.

All prices include a €500 non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the price will be refundable depending on the timing of the cancellation.

  • If you cancel before December 31, 2024 — 50% refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit)

  • If you cancel between January 1 and January 14, 2025 — 20% refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit)

No cancellations or refunds are possible from January 15, 2025, onwards.

If you choose the installment payments option, you will receive the next payment links by mail. You will have 5 days to make each payment. If this does not happen, the cancellation policy set forth above would apply.

*If, at the time, you encounter any inconvenience and cannot attend or cancel, you can always look for another traveler to take your place. We have no issue with this, although we advise that it may incur some last-minute costs for the name change on one of the reservations. Unfortunately, we will not be able to take responsibility for selling your spot on the trip because we will be immersed in its production, and we are a very small team.
